I'm fairly sure we weren't playing by all the rules, but we played like this. There are cards with topics (like 'things found in a bathroom') and another pile with letters. You turn over one of each, and you have to name things that start with the letter about the topic. There's also a randomly timed buzzer, and you have to be the last appropriate response before it goes off. It got so ridiculous and funny :D
